Group study rooms are being designed to facilitate group study, team work, webinars, rehearsals , as well as other collaborations and research. Group study rooms are available to AASTU students and faculty as per the following protocol.

All syndicate rooms have a table, chairs, a whiteboard with markers and cleaner, and some rooms have an LCD display mounted.

Booking and usage protocol

• Rooms must be booked at least 12 hours in advance.
• Reservation period is maximum of three hours total in one day.
• You must confirm your reservation via your email account within an hour of making the reservation.
• Rooms may not be booked more than a week in advance.
• The reservation will be cancelled if user not in room within fifteen minutes of start of reservation. No exceptions.
• During unbooked hours, rooms are available on a first-come first-served basis during unbooked hours; refer to the schedule posted outside of each room.
• No phone conversation is allowed in syndicate rooms.
