Thank you for your interest in the postgraduate programs at Addis Ababa Science and Technology University. The postgraduate program admission policy supports a holistic and student centered approach, encouraging the selection of students with outstanding academic record and a good match between the applicant and the department.

Each application for the Master’s program will be reviewed by the faculty and the Department Graduate Committee (DGC). For the PhD programs, the concerned faculty committees will review and decide the application.

• August/December– Deadlines to submit the application
• September/January – Departments review applications, conduct interviews as needed, and make application decisions
