AASTU Library provides comfortable and well-equipped spaces designed to support both individual and group learning.
Dedicated rooms are available for group discussions, collaborative projects, and academic meetings. These spaces can be reserved and are equipped to support interactive learning.
Quiet reading zones are provided across all library branches for focused study. These areas offer a peaceful environment free from distractions.
Each library is equipped with computer workstations for digital learning and research.
Special Graduate Workstations are available for postgraduate students conducting advanced research and accessing specialized resources.
Currently, there is no separate graduate library for MSc and PhD students of AASTU. AASTU Library provides a separate laptop workstation, as well as Theses and Dissertation Reading Room in the Science & Digital library (Block 45). Regular MSc and PhD students need to show their student ID to have access to the graduate students privilege areas.
• Bring with you both of the following to the Documentation office of the library.
• Then the documentation personnel will notify you the time your FTP User Card will be ready for pick up.
AASTU library has a couple of separate Female students' study spaces—one in the old Digital & Science Library and the other in Female Students Dormitory Building (Block 006)—where each of them has 50 internet connected computer facilities.
The objective of opening the separated female students' library is to create conducive reading environment in addition to the main libraries. These settings provide our Female students with the privilege to access the library's digital collections.
Laptop workstations are available in all AASTU libraries, providing students with comfortable, Wi-Fi-enabled spaces designed for effective laptop use and study.
Dedicated quiet study areas are available in the Engineering Library, offering a calm and distraction-free environment ideal for focused reading, research, and individual study.
Because not all students have personal laptops for study or coursework, the AASTU Library provides more than 500 internet-connected computers in the old Digital Library. These computers are available 24/7 and support student learning by offering access to the AASTU e-books collection, the e-learning platform, and a wide range of digital and online resources.
