Addis Ababa Science and Technology University has a number of undergraduate, master’s and PhD degree programs. These programs are offered in different disciplines including Applied Sciences, Engineering and Technology.

Each semester existing students are required to register for classes for the next semester. The registration is held in the respective college registrar office.

To register for classes, students should collect three copies of registration slips from the respective department and complete the required information and get them signed by the head of the department/school and submit one copy of the slip to the respective college registrar office and one copy to the their respective department.

Addis Ababa Science and Technology University used the grading system that converts percentage ranges into a fixed grade point scale. All coursework completed toward the degree is assessed using a combination of letter grades and grade points, as outlined in the grading table below.
