College of Social Science and Humanities

Humanities division is established as a division since July 2023 based on the new structure by replacing the former English language department and by reshuffling some courses. The division offers common courses for freshman students. The courses are mainly aimed at improving soft skills like communication skills and critical thinking. Moreover, it helps them in developing inclusiveness mentality and promotes physical and mental health.

Currently, the division has 30 active staff, 4 staff on Study leave and 1 ARA worker. In gross, the division has 35 staff members. Of these, 22 of them are English language professionals, 5 of them are psychology instructors, 5 of them are sport science instructors and 1 ARA. The division has two digital language labs which are located in block 80 Room 404&405. The two rooms contain 65 computers.
